How we handle the information you share with us.

1. Information we collect

Enquiry information. When you submit our enquiry form, call or email us, we collect the details you provide: your name, contact details, company information, proposed business activity and shareholders, and anything else you choose to tell us.

Engagement information. If we are engaged to support your company, we keep the records needed to deliver the service and to meet China's accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering requirements, which can include identity documents, business licence details and contract records.

Website information. We use limited technical and site-search data to operate, secure and improve the website, including basic server logs and the terms entered into our site search.

Optional analytics. If you consent, Google Analytics collects page visits, traffic sources, successful enquiry form submissions and clicks on phone, email and WhatsApp links. Our custom events do not include enquiry contents, contact details or site-search terms. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

2. How we use information

We use your information to answer your enquiries, prepare proposals and deliver the services you request; to comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations; to improve our website and site-search results; and, if you have agreed, to stay in touch about our services. We do not sell or rent personal information.

3. Who we share information with

Information is used inside our team and shared only in these cases: with service providers who host our systems or support email, document storage and accounting tools under our instructions; with Google for optional website analytics after your consent; with Zhongzhi group firms whose involvement is agreed with you for your project, each within its own professional scope; with market regulation, tax, immigration authorities and banks where disclosure is required for your registration or by law; and, if our business structure changes, as part of the relevant transaction, of which you will be informed beforehand.

4. Retention and security

Enquiry records are kept while we discuss your plans and for a reasonable period afterwards. Engagement records follow China's accounting and tax retention requirements. Site-search records are kept for up to 180 days. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold.

5. Cookies

The website uses necessary cookies and, with your permission, Google Analytics cookies. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser. Details and a way to change your choice are in our Cookie Policy.

6. Location of data

Our business records are primarily held in China. When you contact us from outside China, your information is transferred to and processed in China for the purposes described in this policy. If you accept analytics, usage data is also sent to Google for processing outside China.

7. Your rights

Under China's Personal Information Protection Law and comparable rules that may apply to you, you can ask us to access the personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate or incomplete, delete information that is no longer necessary for the purposes above, or withdraw consent or use of your information for marketing. 8. Children

Our services are intended for companies and their representatives, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
