Zhongzhi Holdings also brings together separate accounting, tax and intellectual property practices, as well as a group-affiliated law firm. When your project needs licensed audit, specialist tax or legal advice, we identify the appropriate professional firm and confirm that work separately. Those services are delivered by the relevant firm.
You receive a clear list of required documents, the proposed sequence, who is responsible for each step and which decisions remain with government authorities or banks. This makes the process easier to follow and reduces surprises after registration.
